SHOOK Studio was born from my love of design and the pursuit of growthā€¦

I launched SHOOK during my first bodybuilding prep (do not recommend lol), when I realised the same discipline and strategy it takes to build a strong body also builds a strong brand.

With a Bachelorā€™s in Communication Design, a Post Grad in UX & Web Design, and a Real Media Award for Best Emerging Designer, Iā€™ve spent years helping business owners bring clarity and confidence back to their brands. I often get told by clients that Iā€™ve ā€œcaptured the essenceā€ of who they are, or my personal favourite ā€œyouā€™re a wizardā€.

At its core, SHOOK exists to help professionals in the health and fitness space align their visuals with their values. When your brand feels right, showing up becomes second nature, and thatā€™s where real confidence begins.
