Refund Policy

SHOOK Studio (ā€œweā€, ā€œusā€, ā€œourā€) provides branding services, digital products, workshops, and educational resources. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be provided.

By purchasing from SHOOK Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

  1. Australian Consumer Law
    Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

    You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or remedy if:
    - A service or product has a major fault

    A product is not as described

    A service is not provided with due care and skill

    Outside of these circumstances, refunds are not guaranteed.

  2. Branding & Design Services
    This includes (but is not limited to):
    - Visual Identity & Branding
    - Design Services
    - Strategy Sessions
    - Consultations
    - Custom or semi-custom work

    Deposits
    - All deposits are non-refundable
    - Deposits secure your booking and reserve project time

    Refunds
    Refunds will not be provided for:
    - Change of mind
    - Project delays caused by the client
    - Subjective preferences or creative differences
    - Completed or partially completed work

    If SHOOK Studio is unable to deliver the agreed services, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

  3. Digital Products & Downloads
    This includes:
    - Brand Vault products
    - Templates
    - Guides
    - Educational resources
    - Downloads or on-demand content

    Due to the digital nature of these products:
    - All sales are final
    - No refunds or exchanges
    are offered once access or download has been granted

    Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

  4. Workshops, Events & Educational Sessions
    This includes:
    - Online or in-person workshops
    - Live sessions
    - Events or masterclasses

    Unless otherwise stated:
    - Tickets are non-refundable
    - Tickets may be transferable (please contact us in advance)
    - If an event is postponed or cancelled by SHOOK Studio, you will be offered a reschedule or refund

    Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund.

  5. Memberships & Subscriptions
    If applicable:
    - Membership fees are billed in advance
    - No refunds are provided for unused time
    - You may cancel future billing at any time in accordance with the subscription terms

  6. Refund Requests
    To request a refund or raise a concern, please contact us within 7 days of purchase or service delivery at:

    We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

  7. Chargebacks & Disputes
    We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of access to services or products.
