For clients within Australia, payment is taken through bank transfer. For international clients outside of Australia, payment is through Stripe. Payment details and more information are provided in the Notion client portal.

My process consists of the ‘one concept method’. You will be presented with one in-depth concept. It’s my job to find and present the best solution for your business and with the one concept method I can go in-depth and present a whole brand identity that doesn’t leave you confused unlike showing several concepts.

Of course! After the project is complete you can contact me through email to discuss future projects, support, or retainers.

For your logo suite, you’ll receive: AI, EPS, JPG & PNG. These will all be delivered in all of your brand colours plus anything else I know you’ll need.
Your brand style sheet will be supplied as a PDF & JPG.
Your social media assets will be supplied as Canva templates that you can copy across to your own workspace.
